Homeschooling in South Carolina

South Carolina gives families three legal paths for home schooling under South Carolina Code §59-65-40, §59-65-45, and §59-65-47: through your local school district, through a state-approved home school association, or through a church or religious school. Each path has different requirements for oversight, testing, and diplomas.
