Homeschooling in North Dakota
North Dakota Century Code Chapter 15.1-23 requires an annual statement of intent filed with your local superintendent at least 14 days before the school year, a supervising parent with a high school diploma or GED, four hours of instruction a day for 175 days, and standardized testing in grades 4, 6, 8, and 10. No curriculum approval. Compulsory age 7 through 16.
